Tumblr announced that it will ban all porn and nudity from its platform, the last social media space for sexual images. GIFs Pictures and videos showing female nipples, as well as any visual depictions of sex acts, will no longer be allowed on the platform. Once it’s banned, any nude posted will only be visible to the blog owner only.
The users are wondering why on the earth Tumblr decided to do this type of activity. Company yet not confirm that why they decided to ban porn. Some are saying this decision comes after Apple dropped the company’s software from the App Store after child pornography was found on the site, raising questions about whether Tumblr’s decision was related.
