In a tweet by facebook, they said: “The 10-year challenge is a user-generated meme that started on its own, without our involvement,”. After a user blamed them “Let’s say you wanted to train a facial recognition algorithm on aging. What would do? Maybe start a meme like #10yearchallenge”
